First, there’s a Log Infusion button (blue) to record when you infused. You can use the Log Bleed button (red) to record if and when you have a bleed. You can also use the Log Activity button (orange) to record your activity throughout the day. When you’re done, tap the Reports icon in the navigation bar to view what you’ve logged—infusions, bleeds, activity, or a combination of all three.
If you want to share any of these results with your healthcare provider, tap the Share Report button in Reports, then tap the Export button. You can also set the Reminder feature to remind you to order more factor.
Open HemMobile™ and tap the blue Log Infusion button. Then complete the fields for the date and type of treatment (On Demand, Preventative, or Bleed Treatment Follow-Up). You can also identify your Infusion Site from a map of the human body that can be rotated and enlarged. The Log Infusion section lets you enter your total IU and add single or multiple doses. There’s also a field for entering notes.
After you open HemMobile™, tap the red Log Bleed button. Then complete the fields for the date and bleed location. For bleed location, use your finger to maneuver the map of the human body and to select the view you need—Surface, Muscular, or Skeletal.
Once you’ve entered the location, select the Bleed Type: Spontaneous, Breakthrough, Injury, Dentist/Surgery, or Unknown. Then describe your Bleed Severity and Pain Scale by picking from the ranges in those 2 fields. You also have a Notes field as well as the option of tapping Add Photo to take a picture of your bleed. Using the Report button in the Reports section allows you to share bleed details with your healthcare provider.

To pair HemMobile™ with your wearable device, start by navigating to the Optional Settings Page. From there, select Link With Health or Link With Striiv in the menu and follow the prompts. You may need to adjust the settings on your mobile device as well.
If you’ve been prescribed a Pfizer Hemophilia product, you can input your factor details by going into Log Infusions. Then choose your Pfizer Hemophilia product and tap Add New Dose. You’ll see a blue button that says Scan Product Info. Use the next screen to scan the packaging. OCR technology lets you capture the factor, lot number, and IU amount. You may also enter your information manually.
For non–Pfizer Hemophilia products, you may enter your information manually and take a picture of it for reference.
If you want to share any results you’ve tracked, tap the Reports icon in the navigation bar.
Then tap the Share Report button to generate a report . Finally, tap the Send icon to send your report to your healthcare provider or to others. The report can be exported as a pdf, spreadsheet, or both.
First, make sure your location services feature on your phone is enabled in your device’s preferences or settings. Good to go? OK, then tap the Pfizer Resources icon in the navigation bar. Select HTC/Local Chapter Locator.
From there, you can pick from Closest HTCs & Chapters or enter your City, State, Country, or ZIP code. Then tap the Submit button. Next, you can choose to see your results as a list or on a map. Select an HTC or Local Chapter to see its address and contact information.
Tap the Reminders icon in the navigation bar. Then tap the + icon to add a reminder. You can label reminders as Doctor Appointment, Reorder Factor, or Other.
After you choose the type of reminder to set, enter the date and time information on the calendar. And remember to set your alert for a time before the event—from 2 days before to 5 minutes before.
